Senator Seekins, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the                                   
adoption of the Judiciary Committee Substitute offered on page 1076.                                
Senator Ellis objected.                                                                             
                                                                                                    
The question being: "Shall the Judiciary Committee Substitute be
